Refund Policy

Before setup starts

If you change your mind before we start your setup, email us and we will refund your payment in full.

After setup starts

Once we have started your setup, the payment is not refundable. The setup work is done for your business and Whatsen is installed on your own server, so it cannot be returned.

If we cannot complete your setup

If we are unable to complete your setup for a reason on our side, we will refund your payment in full.

What we cannot refund

Meta's message charges and your server hosting are paid by you directly to Meta and to your hosting provider. We cannot refund those charges.

How to ask for a refund

Email us with your name, company name and payment details. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7 working days.
