About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or buy Whatsen. Whatsen is a product by Zero To AI, operated by Yourwerbung, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

• Setup of the official WhatsApp Business API in your own Meta account.
• Installation of the Whatsen platform on your own server.
• The tools described on this website: team inbox, broadcasts, AI Agents, flows, automations, contacts and pipelines, and the dashboard.
• Complete setup by our team, once we have the access and information we need from you.

What you need to provide

• A server in your name, with the hosting paid by you.
• A Meta Business account, with your own payment method added for Meta's message charges.
• The access and information our team needs to complete the setup.

Price and payment

Whatsen is sold for a one-time payment. We share the price with you before you order. There is no monthly platform fee payable to us.

Meta's message charges and your server hosting are not included in our price. You pay them directly to Meta and to your hosting provider.

Lifetime access and updates

Lifetime access means you can use Whatsen for as long as you want, with no renewal fee to us. New versions of Whatsen are provided to you at no extra cost.

Support

Your purchase includes 1 month of tech support, starting from the day your setup is complete.

Your use of Whatsen

• You must follow Meta's and WhatsApp's business and messaging policies and all applicable laws.
• You must message only people who have agreed to receive messages from you.
• You are responsible for the content of your messages and campaigns.
• Whatsen is licensed for use by your own business. You may not resell, copy or redistribute it.

Meta and other providers

Whatsen works on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta controls its API, pricing, policies, template approvals and account decisions. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, suspensions or charges made by Meta or by your hosting provider.

Whatsen is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.

Refunds

Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Whatsen.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
